Product Introduction

CWS is a special amides soft finishing agent, suitable for soft finishing process or ready-made clothes washing process of pure cotton and blended fiber fabrics. Can effectively improve the hand feeling and usage performance of fabrics or ready-made clothes.

Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: fatty acid organic amine compounds.

--Appearance: light yellow flakes.

--PH value: 3-5 at 10% solution.

--Ionic character: weak cationic.

Properties

  --Low foaming , low viscosity, low yellowing.

  --Excellent hand feeling, especially filling power and softness are all good.

  --Good salt and alkali resistance, antistatic properties.

  --Suitable for padding and dipping process.

Dilution Method

--Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃ , continue stir it at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste. (this usually takes 30-60 minutes).

Applying Process

--CWS as low yellowing softener, when treat ready-made clothing, fabrics, towels, yarns and other textiles, usually dosage:

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, padding at 30-40℃.

--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8%(o .w .f), bath ratio 1:10-15 minutes at 40-50℃.

--When treat special fabrics or special finishing requirement, the dosage can be increased or decreased accordingly.

Storage and Package

  --The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
