Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: fatty acid organic amine compounds.

      --Appearance: light yellow flakes.

  --PH value: 3-5 at 10% solution.

--Ionic character: weak cationic.

Properties

--Low yellowing, low viscosity. Suitable for fabrics with strict color and lustre requirement.

--With soft and fluffy hand feeling of cationic softener flakes.

--Strong salt and alkali resistance.Suitable for all dyeing and finishing process.

-- Used for soft finishing of cotton, linen, yarn and blended fabrics.

Dilution Method

--Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃, continue stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

Applying Process

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, padding at 30-40℃

--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o. w. f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Storage and Package

   --The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.

 --25 KG in nylon woven bag.
