Product Introduction

This product is special non-ionic hydrophilic polymer surfactant resin, can keep the elasticity of the fabric and has an extremely strong continuous anti-back staining effect. Because its special macromolecular structure which has the functions of complexing with dye molecules and dispersing surfactants, it can ensure efficient anti-back staining effect in application.

Properties

--Super anti dyeing, anti-back staining and anti lose elasticity effects on denim clothing.

--Can enhance the enzyme activity by about 10%, significantly improve the stone milling effect.

--Enhance the three-dimensional effect of the fabric. After washing, the visual effect is significantly better than that of other products.

--Can be used with enzymes, or added to enzyme powder to enhance the anti-back staining effect.

--Good stability. APEO free, biodegradable, more cost-effective compared with imported products.

--Has extremely strong anti-back staining effect at 20-60℃.

--High saturation, the larger the dosage, the better the effect.

-- Long-lasting anti-back staining. It keep a continuous anti-back-staining effect for 60 minutes.

--Acid, alkali and electrolyte resistance.

Applying Process

1.Normal dosage: 0.3-0.5g/L(o.w.f)  bath ratio 1:10-1:20.

--Desizing: 60-90℃, 10-15 minutes.

--Enzyme wash:55-65℃, 40-70 minutes.

--Polishing: 55-90℃, 40-50 minutes.

2.The product dosage for 150 pairs of jeans is 100 - 200 g. Also can adjust the dosage as needed.

Storage and Packages

--Non-toxic, non-dangerous. Store in a cool, dry and ventilate room, and sealed storage.

--25 KG/ nylon woven bag or paper bag.
