Main Features

--Suitable for making the denim clothing thicker and fluffier. Give the denim clothing a soft cotton-like texture.

--Give the fabrics and yarn super soft and fluffy hand feeling.

--Antistatic. Good re wettability and hydrophilicity property.

--It is stable to acid, alkali and electrolyte under normal application conditions.

--Dissolved in cold water.

--Good compatibility with non-ionic, cationic and amphoteric ions.

--Processing white fabrics with only slight yellowing.

--The larger dosage using, the hand feeling will be more better.

Application Range

--Suitable for soft finishing of natural fiber, synthetic fiber and yarn.

--Suitable for washing and processing of towel and denim clothing.

--Can be used as raw material of fuzzing agent and hand lifting agent.

Applying Process

--Usually dosage of Dipping process: 0.3 ~ 0.8% (o.w.f)

--Usually dosage of Padding process: 1 ~ 5 g/l.

Dilution Method

-- Cold dilution: under stirring, slowly add the soft oil into the water in proportion of 5-10%. Continue to stir for 30-60 minutes,until become a uniform milky white dispersion liquid.

Storage and Package

--It can be stored in the original package for at least 12 months.It will be a paste during cold weather.
