Product Introduction

 DW-2 is an especial amide compounds,which is mainly used for cotton and blended fabric softening. Especially suitable for bleaching, light color such as pure cotton, polyester/cotton fabric softening, DW-2 can give the fabrics smooth and soft hand feeling.

Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: Special amide compounds

--Appearance: light yellow flakes.

--PH value: 3-5 at 10% solution

-- Ionic character: very weak cationic.

Properties

--Mainly used for soft finishing of bleaching and light color yarn and fabrics with strict color and lustre requirement.

--Excellent hydrophilicity; Almost no yellowing, the effective on whiteness, color and lustre is very small.

--Can be used with the anion, brightener together in same bath, DW-2 has the  characteristics of non-ionic.

--Excellent salt and alkali resistance. Low viscosity, low foaming.

Dilution Method

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 5-10%, stir and heat to 70-80℃, until the flakes dissolved and became a uniform paste.

Applying Process

--Padding process:2-3g/L, padding working liquid at 30-40℃(Rolling over rate 70-90%), Drying.

--Dipping process:0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 20-30℃, Dehydration and drying.

Storage and Package

--The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
