--Composition: polyamines cationic polymers.

Properties

--Excellent color fixing property. Significantly improve the soap fastness and wash fastness.

--Does not affect the brightness of the dyed fabrics and colorless change. Has no impact on the original hand feeling of the dyed fabric.

--Hard water, acid, alkali, high temperature resistant. Can be used as post mercerization fixing agent.

--Widely suitable for dyeing or printing and fixing treatment with reactive,direct and other dyes.

Dilution Method

--Cold dilution: First, dilute F800 with water to an 80% solution. After stirring evenly, add water to dilute the solution to different concentrations according to the usage requirements of the fabric.

Applying Process

--Padding process:diluted fixing agent 5-20g/L, padding at 30-40℃.

--Dipping process: diluted fixing agent 1-3% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 30 minutes at 50-60℃.

Storage and Package

--The shelf life is 6 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
