This product is a special-structured cationic polymer that can form water-insoluble macromolecular compounds with dyes and bond with fibers, thereby enhancing the wash fastness and rub fastness etc. fastness of dyed materials. Unlike common formaldehyde-free fixing agents, this product has an extremely high color fixing effect, and a very small amount can meet the fixation requirements, so it has a minor impact on color shade. This product offers an excellent cost-effective and is recommended to be diluted at a ratio of 1:9 for use.

Properties

Dilution Method

--Cold dilution: First, dilute F90 with water to an 80% solution. After stirring evenly, add water to dilute the solution to different concentrations according to the usage requirements of the fabric.

Applying Process

--This product has an extremely high color fixing effect, recommended to be diluted at a ratio of 1:9 for use.

--Padding process:diluted fixing agent 5-20g/L, padding at 30-40℃.

--Dipping process: diluted fixing agent 1-4% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-20, PH 5-7, for 20-30 minutes at 40-60℃.

Storage and Package

--The shelf life is 6 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
