Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: fatty acid organic amine compounds.

--Appearance: light yellow flakes.

--PH value: 3-5 at 5-10% solution.

--Low yellowing, suitable for the fabrics with strict color and lustre requirement.

Dilution Method

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes into room temperature water in proportion of 5-8%, stir and heat to 70-80℃,continue stir at a low speed until the flakes dissolves and become a uniform paste.

Applying Process

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, exhaust and pad at 30-40℃

--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o. w. f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Storage and Package

--The shelf life of 12 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
