Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: Fatty acid and polyol compounds.

--Appearance: light yellow flakes.

--PH value: 4-6 at 8-10% solution.

--Ionic character:very weak cationic.

Properties

--Suitable for soft finishing of bleaching , with strict color and lustre requirement yarn, fabrics.

--With the hand feeling of cationic softener flakes. Soft ,smooth, elastic and plump hand feeling.

--No Yellowing. No effect on the whiteness, color and lustre, color fastness of textiles.

--Good hydrophilic, good salt and alkali resistance.

Dilution Method

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 5-10%, stir and heat to 70-80℃ , until the flakes dissolved and become a uniform paste.(this usually takes 15-30 minutes)

Applying Process

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, padding at 30-40℃

--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o. w. f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Storage and Package

   --The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
