Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: aliphatic acid and aliphatic amine.

--Appearance: light yellow flakes.

--PH value: 4-6 at 6-10% solution.

--Ionic character: cationic.

Properties

--Especially suitable for the soft finishing of towels and all kinds of cotton, linen, blended fabric and knitted fabrics, gives the fabric super fluffy and soft hand feeling.

--Suitable for the soft finishing of all kinds of denim, washing fabric, woolen sweater and other textiles, gives the fabrics fluffy and soft hand feeling.

Dilution Method

--Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃,continue stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste

Applying Process

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, padding at 30-40℃

--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o. w. f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Storage and Package

   --The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
