Hydrophilic cationic film DW

Soft film DW is a special amide compound.It is mainly used for the soft finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics.It is especially suitable for bleaching, light-colored cotton, polyester / cotton and other fabrics.It can give the fabric a smooth and soft feel.

Physical and chemical indicators:

   --Composition: Special fatty amide compound

   --Appearance: light yellow flakes

   --PH value: 4.0-6.0 (10% aqueous solution)

   --Ionicity: Weak cation

Chemical method:

--Add the soft film to the cold water at a ratio of 5-10%, heat to 70-80 ℃ and fully stir until it is completely dissolved, and it will be a uniform slurry.

Use process:

--Padding: 2-3g / L. Working fluid at a temperature of 30-40 ℃ (rolling residual rate 70-90%). Drying.

--Immersion method: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1: 10-15, temperature 20-30 ℃, 15-30min, dehydration and drying.

Application characteristics:

-Mainly used for the soft finishing of bleaching, light colors and yarns, fabrics and fabrics with strict requirements for shade;

-Has excellent hydrophilicity;

--Almost no yellowing, minimal impact on whiteness and shade;

--It can be used in the same bath as anion and whitening agent, with non-ionic characteristics;

--Excellent salt and alkali resistance;

-Low viscosity and low foam.

Storage and packaging:

--Store in a cool place with a storage period of one year.
