Physical and chemical indicators:

    --Composition: fatty acid organic amine compound

    --Appearance: light yellow flakes

    --PH value: 4-6 (10% slurry)

    --Ionicity: Weak cation

Chemical method:

Add the soft film to room temperature water at a ratio of 5-8%, and gradually heat up to 60-70 ° C until completely dissolved during stirring (takes 30-60min), and it is in the form of a uniform slurry.

Use process:

--Dip-rolling type: 2-3g / L, temperature 30-40 ℃, two-dip two-roll or one-dip one-roll;

--Immersion type: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1: 10-15, temperature 40-50 ℃, 15-30min.

Application characteristics:

  --Low foam, low viscosity;

--It has a low yellowing coefficient and can be used for fabrics with strict color requirements;

--Feeling characteristics of cationic film;

--It has strong salt and electrolyte resistance;

--Suitable for any dyeing and finishing process, used for the soft finishing of cotton, hemp, yarn and its blended fabrics.

Storage and packaging:

-Store in a cool warehouse with a storage period of 12 months;

--Package is 25kg / bag, plastic woven bag.
