Physical and chemical indicators:

--- Composition: fatty acid organic amine compound

--- Appearance: light yellow flakes

--- PH value: 4-6 (10% slurry)

--- Ionicity: Weak cation

Chemical method:

Cold compounding: Add 5-8% of the soft film to the water at about 30 ℃ under slow stirring, stir for 3-5min to disperse it, let it stand and soak for 2-4h, then stir at low speed until it becomes a uniform slurry, and reserve

Warm chemical compound: Add 5-8% proportion to room temperature water, and gradually heat up to 60-70 ℃ to complete while stirring

Dissolve (30-60min), in the form of a uniform slurry, cool for use.

Use process:

--- Padding: 2-3g / L, temperature 30-40 ℃, two-dip and two-roll or one-dip and one-roll.

    --- Immersion type: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1: 10-15, temperature 40-50 ℃, 15-30min.

Application characteristics:

    --- It has a low yellowing coefficient and can be used for fabrics with strict color requirements.

    --- Features of cationic film.

--- Suitable for any dyeing and finishing process.

--- For the soft finishing of cotton, hemp, yarn and its blended fabrics.

Storage and packaging:

-Store in a cool warehouse with a storage period of 12 months;

--Package is 25kg / bag, plastic woven bag
