Physical and Chemical Specification

--Composition: aliphatic acid and imidazole acetate.

--Appearance: light yellow flakes.

--PH value: 4-6 at 6-10% solution.

-- Ionic character: cationic.

Properties

--Suitable for soft finishing of knitted, woven, polyester, cotton fabrics. Give the clothing washing a soft and smooth effect.

--Can be used for yarn lubrication ,sanding and raising to make the raising smooth.

--Suitable for chemical fiber and cotton, gives the fabrics excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.

Dilution Method

--Cold dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%, stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, stand still for 2-4 hours. After that, stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

--Warm dilution: pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 6-10%,stir for 3-5 minutes and then heat to 60-70℃, continue stir at a low speed until it becomes a uniform paste.

Applying Process

--Padding process: 2-3g/l, padding at 30-40℃

--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o. w. f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Storage and Package

  --The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.

 --25 KG in nylon woven bag.
