Application process of super soft instant film:

Padding type; 2-3g / L, the best temperature is 40-50 ℃, two dip two rolling or one dip one rolling.

Immersion type: 0.3-0.8% (O.w.f.), the best temperature is 40-50 ℃, 15-30min.

Chemical method:

Cold compounding: 6-10% JL-T58 soft tablets are gradually added into water at about 30 ℃ under stirring, and stirred for 3-smin to disperse, soak for 1 to 2 hours at rest, and then stir at low speed until uniform slurry ,spare.

Warm chemical compound: 6-10% JL-T58 soft piece is gradually added into room temperature water under stirring, and stirred at low speed for 20-30min until it becomes a uniform slurry, then cooled for use.

In order to achieve the best application effect, users are required to combine the equipment and fabric varieties to carry out process tests to select the best process.

If you need to mix with other soft scratching or printing and dyeing finishing agents, please do the blending process test first to achieve the ideal purpose.

Application characteristics:

When finishing cotton and chemical fiber products, excellent softness and latent coolness can be obtained.

Can be used for yarn lubrication, sanding, and fluffing to make fluffing smooth.
